I've started a new forum, for support and questions regarding Fat Loss 4 Idiots.

It's primarily for Moms, because I think that FL4I is the PERFECT way for mommies to lose weight, especially the baby weight when you've got an infant or toddler around.

I promise it will be fun!  You can post pics, video, ask questions, share success stories.  Whatever you'd like.  Come on and introduce yourself!

First off, I'd like to say, yes, I am a real person.  My name is Leslie Walters.  I have just finished the first 11 day cycle of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet, and have lost 8 lbs!

Okay, that may not be as much as the product advertises, but still...8 lbs!!  In over a week!  I have to tell you, I am thrilled, and I am starting the 3 day cheat day tomorrow (where I get to eat WHATEVER I WANT), before starting the 2nd cycle to lose even MORE weight.




If You're Like Me...


You're probably looking for a quick and easy way to lose weight.  I have been married for 5 years, and before pregnancy, my weight was 138.  After being pregnant twice (my third child is my stepdaughter) and being mommy to preschoolers, I found myself very unhappy in my 160+ lb body, but felt stuck.

After being asked on three separate occasions if I was pregnant (I wasn't), I thought, enough is enough!

I had heard about
Fat Loss 4 Idiots on the internet.  The principles sounded interesting and right up my alley because...

#1) I HATE EXERCISE!!

Not that I won't walk or do something light for a while, but don't try to get me to sweat doing anything strenuous or aerobic.  I won't stay with it.  I know, it's terrible.  But, I honestly just don't like it.

I liked how with Fat Loss 4 Idiots you can:

**Use calorie switching, by eating certain different foods on different days, to stimulate your body's metabolism to burn fat.  Sounded wonderful to me.

**And I got to choose the foods I wanted to eat...even better!

**Plus, no portion sizes -- eat as much as you'd like, just don't stuff yourself (HEAVEN!!)

And the proof is in the pudding:

June 14, 2009 start date: weight 158 lbs

June 24, 2009 end date: weight 150 lbs


Results vary.  They say that you can lose between 2-9 lbs every 11 days.  I'm eager to see how much I will lose in the next 11 day cycle.

MY IMPRESSIONS FROM BEING ON THE DIET:


1) I was able to eat enough to feel full in-between meals, so I wasn't hungry
2) I was trained on the diet to eat smaller portions, and now don't feel compelled to wolf
     everything down just because its in front of me.
3) The meals did get a little repetitive, but overall the 11 days went by so quickly, that it was
     barely any real bother
4) I would recommend this diet heartily!
